What we collect

When you use our enquiry form we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, postcode, phone number, email address (optional), the type of work you need, and any message you write. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we hold whatever you share in that conversation.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a quote or a drone inspection, and carry out any work you ask us to. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact our business. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is sent to us through Netlify, the platform that hosts this website, and delivered to our business inbox. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. We may use trusted suppliers (for example to deliver email) who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and for our normal business records. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The hosting platform may set essential technical cookies needed to serve the site and protect the form from spam.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, email roofrightnorthwest@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
