Most leaks are small details done badly. Lead too short. Mortar gone. Valley silted up. We find the cause on the drone before we ever step on the roof, so the price stays honest.
Seven repair patterns. One honest diagnosis.
Residential, commercial, industrial. Same drone first survey, same written quote, same paperwork for insurance if you need it.
- 01. Slipped, cracked, missing tiles or slates. Single tile to a full elevation. Like for like match where possible. Nailed or hooked back, not just dropped in.
- 02. Ridge and hip re bed and re fix. Dry ridge upgrade or traditional mortar re bed to BS 5534. Mechanically fixed so the next storm does not lift them.
- 03. Lead flashings and chimney work. New code 4 or code 5 lead dressed and chased in. Step and cover flashings on chimneys, soakers between every slate course.
- 04. Valleys, lined or mortar. Cleared, re lined in lead or GRP. Mortar valleys raked out and re pointed. Saddle pieces at the head so water cannot back up.
- 05. Storm and impact damage. Same week call out where possible. Temporary tarp and batten to stop further damage, full insurance documentation with drone evidence.
- 06. Commercial flat roof patches and recovers. EPDM patch repairs, GRP laminate repairs, torch on overlay where the deck is sound. Out of hours work where access is restricted.
- 07. Industrial sheet, gutter, rooflight. Cut edge corrosion treatment, lap seal repairs, rooflight replacement, valley gutter re lining on factory units and warehouses.
